The Congress of French Notaries is an institution in the notarial profession and in the legal world at large
The results of its work, which is the fruit of two years’ work, are awaited by legal professionals but also by decision-makers, particularly politicians. Its proposals move the yardsticks, improve the law and maintain the flexibility and responsiveness of the entire profession in the notarial disciplines. Perpetuating a tradition that is now well established within the firm, Olivier VALARD, a partner notary with THIBIERGE NOTAIRES, has joined the team for the 118th Congress of French Notaries, which will be held in the autumn of 2022. He will be chairing the committee specifically responsible for developing the theme of real estate law, which will be announced at a later date.
