Discount rates applied by THIBIERGE NOTAIRES
Discounts apply to the firm’s share of regulated fees under the provisions governing regulated tariffs (Decree no. 2016-230 of 26 February 2016 and Order of 28 February 2020).
Important:
- Notaries may charge freely negotiated fees for services not subject to regulated tariffs, by way of a fee agreement.
- The Order provides for the principle of a negotiated discount on the portion of regulated fees exceeding the €200,000 threshold.
